Love
There's not a lot that I'm certain of. One thing that I'm solidly reconciled with is that I've Loved others and cared for their well-being much more than they've loved me or cared for my well-being. And that's not a mistake I plan on making again.
I have enough pain from that to last 20 lifetimes.
I loved playing pinball when I was a teenager, was pretty good at it too (no, my name isn’t Tommy). Couldn’t stop the gutter balls or the ones going straight down the middle without TILTing,,,, pull the plunger and let another one go into PLAY.
